Women In Community Action, Inc. (WICA) Debutante Program

Save the Date Flyer 2

Women In Community Action, Inc. (WICA) is a community service organization that has served Prince William County and surrounding areas for over 45 years.  WICA sponsors a biennial Debutante Ball. We cordially invite you to participate in our 27th Debutante Program, scheduled to begin in September 2024, and end with the Debutante Ball in April 2025. Our goal is to enhance educational, cultural and social development through educational workshops, social activities and community service events.

While participating in the program, debutantes learn skills that are needed to be successful in the 21st century, create lasting friendships and learn the importance of service to others. The program will culminate with a lavish Debutante Ball, during which Debutantes will be introduced individually and perform a group choreographed dance with their escorts. There will also be a father-daughter dance.
